Resort Zlatník

Mountain vacation resort Zlatník, situated in a village Zlatá Olešnice, is an area of private timbered chalets. This resort is a perfect place for all types of winter or summer relaxation. The closest ski slope lies in the village Zaltá Olešnice just about 300m from the resort. Other close ski resorts are Kořenov- Rejdice about 4 km, Vysoké nad Jizerou about 6 km, Rokytnice nad Jizerou about 10 km and Paseky nad Jizerou about 6 km and many others. The summer allows you to make many hikes or cyclinig trips on the close cycle tracks.

Each apartment provides its own entry, hall with kitchenette (where you can find a mickrowave oven, fridge, cooker and electric kettle), cabel TV, shower and toilet in the bathroom, double bed in the bedroom and another bedroom with an extension double bed. For your extra comfort there is a possibility to heat up your apartment with fire range or air stoves. The resort also has its own reception opened between 5pm and 7pm providing you rereshment food and drinks, swimming pool and its own parking places, which are seen from most apartmans. Whole areal has it´s own wi-fi connection. In case you want to use the wi-fi you will need your own notebook equipped with wi-fi.

You can book yourself whole swimming pool (8 x 4m) at the price of 590, - CZK per 1.5 hour. Sauna is also included at the price (150, - CZK per 1.5 hour). The capacity of the pool and sauna is 8 people. Your reservations will be received on the phone mentioned in our contacts.

The price includes: key servis on your arrival and departure, accomodation, final housecleaning including laundry, Wi-fi and two hours reception servis.

The price doesn´t includes: the real electricity consumtion, coal briquet and wood consumption, village recreation charge in an amount of 14 CZK/ per night (for adults). The electricity consumption usually reaches c. 800 – 1000, - CZK during the winter season. The coal briquet consumtion: one package for 50,- CZK per 1-2 days. 

You don’t need to pay whole amount at the moment of booking. If you are coming in more than 90 days it is possible to pay just 25% in advance. If you coming in less than 90 days there is a need to pay 75% in advance at least 14 days after your booking. The rest of 25% is possible to pay at the arrival in cash.

In the case of your interest we will send you an obligatory order with all details needed for your payment – account number and symbol (variablesymbol).

We accept your payments made by bank transfer or deposit onto our bank account, eventually you can pay by post money order to our resort adress of Zlatník.

It is possible to change the term without any needed charge at latest 91 days before the negotiated term of arrival but only if there is spare capacity. In the case of your cancellation at least 61 days before the date of your arrival there is a given cancellation charge of 25% from the whole amount and in the case of cancellation within 60-31 days before your negotiated arrival there is a given cancellation charge of 50%. In the case of your cancellation 30 or less days before your arrival the cancelation charge is 75% of the whole amount.

You can beggin your stay on Saturday after 4pm and you have to leave the next Saturday between 10 and 12am. We will ask you to pay reversable deposit of 1000,- CZK which you get back when handed down if all the equipment of the chalot is in order. You are allowed to take your pet with you if you like (you bear all responsibility for the possible infliction of damage).

On your way from Northern part of Czech Republic go towards Tanvald, which is just 15 km far from Zlatá Olešnice. If  you comming from Central Czech Republic or Prague go across Mladá Boleslav, Turnov to Žlezný Brod where you go on towards Tanvald. In the village Plavy take a turn right on a side road which will leads you up to timbered chalets in Zlatá Olešnice.
